ELJ 2018 SYMPOSIUM
The NYU Environmental Law Journal (the Journal), in conjunction with NYU’s Institute for Policy Integrity, will host the Journal’s annual symposium on September 28th in Greenberg Lounge of Vanderbilt Hall on 40 Washington Square South. The all-day event, celebrating Policy Integrity’s 10th Anniversary, is titled “Energy and Environmental Policy: The Quest for Rationality.”
This year’s topic focuses on critical debates on environmental, energy, and natural resources policy. The event includes three panel discussions: Advancing Energy Policy, Economics and Environmental Policy, and Emerging Issues in Natural Resources Policy. Keynote speakers include Gina McCarthy, former Administrator of the EPA and current Director of the Center for Health and the Global Environment at Harvard University, and Cass Sunstein, the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard Law School and former Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
